Staff are welcoming and quite professional. Not our first time at La Casina di Alice. Maybe some dishes could be more consistence (more food), especially main dishes, and my roasted pumpkin wasn&rsquo;t warm enough but overall the experience&rsquo;s been good.

Food is really good (besides desert- do not order the cheesecake, it was frozen und gross).It was the 2nd time we have gone there but this time I have to admit, we did not like the Mafia feeling there. They have 2 menus (italian-engish) with 2 different prices. You do not get a bill / as the big boss calculates it all in hisoldschool calculator and shows you the number and then prints a bill with just one line the total amound. As the english menu differed from the italian menu - it was hard to define the total bill. Whatever he charged, was surely not correct... Also charging 4 Euros for tap water (!!!) not even bottled water was horrific.  It just leaves a bad feeling being so obviously scammed by the owner and not receiving a standard bill. The service is suherb.

Burger meat was very raw. We asked change to well done... It was cooked and presented the same. Who cares about igiene, not the best place to go.

Great indian food in Livorno! From the warm welcome, to the wonderful variety on offer in the menu, to the lovely food and super friendly service, New Lal Qila served up a real treat. Will definitely go back for more!

Bel locale, il padrone di casa una persona simpaticissima e disponibile, ero curioso da dove nascesse il nome del locale e lui con molta maestria e anche con un pizzico di emozione, credo, mi ha dato la spiegazione che cervano, molto esaustivo. Grazie.Le birre, artigianalmete prodotte da loro sono stupende, ci ha consigliato una bionda con sentori fruttati e una nera con restrogusto di caff&egrave;/liquirizia credo buonissime per non parlare del mangiare, tutto squisito. GrazieSe dovessi tornare a Livorno sicuro che ci ritorner&ograve;.

Ambiente e atmosfera da vero pub inglese...il cibo illustrato e suggerito dal gentile proprietario, &egrave; di ottima qualit&agrave;. Abbiamo preso due taglieri come antipasto,insoliti e intriganti,ma molto gradevoli.Ottimi i main courses come la porchetta e lo stinco che sono assolutamente da provare.Confermata l&#39;indiscussa qualit&agrave; delle birre.Abbiamo speso circa 30 euro a testa,ma sono spesi bene e con soddisfazione!!Torneremo presto.

We took two cutters as an anti-path, unusual and intriguing,but very pleasant. Sono un cliente molto affezionato ormai...locale molto carino e accogliente e soprattutto personale davvero gentilissimo. Birra artigianale per tutti i palati e piatti in perfetto stile pub (taglieri super, hamburger, rosticciana, crostoni, stinco, patate arrosto...e poi dolci artigianali, compreso il birramis&ugrave;, e il top di gamma la schiacciati di produzione interna... tutti prodotti di qualit&agrave;).Serata in famiglia per festeggiare i miei 40 anni, siamo stati coccolati da tutto lo staff.Rapporto qualit&agrave;-prezzo veramente top, la spesa &egrave; nella media dei pub, ma qui a differenza degli altri si mangia e si beve di qualit&agrave; (e quantit&agrave;)!!Bravissimi!!
